COMPENSATION
By and large, itchy-O is a passion project.
Nominal stipends are paid for certain professional services (i.e., booking, sound, lighting, graphic design, publicity, accounting, and management.) All funds from performances or other band related sales are utilized to pay for insurance coverage, maintenance expenses, equipment, recording, touring, travel, professional services and other band necessities to advance the project and keep it alive. While we have created a Co-Op wherein a percentage of net profits are shared annually, participation should not be relied upon to pay the bills.

All members must accept and agree to this monetary strategy and philosophy prior to accepting a position within the group.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL
Itchy-O’s production carries more risk than most with the transport and operation of heavy equipment, high-voltage effects and pyro-technics, but the most dangerous component of this show is the proximity in which we perform, to an often unpredictable crowd. The intensity of performing and traveling with Itchy-O requires every member to be fully-functioning, alert and nimble to ensure we are delivering our best performance under the safest conditions. Alcohol, cannabis, and other mind altering substances may have their place but, it is not behind this curtain.
